“Hamstead Hall Academy has been dealing with Howard Yarnold Windows and Doors Ltd since 2013 when they stepped in, at very short notice, to undertake a window replacement scheme on our 4 storey building following the withdrawal of the original contractor. We have since worked with Howard Yarnold on 5 further window refurbishment programmes across two schools within the Academy Trust, replacing large curtain walling as well as more conventional large windows.
They have been excellent partners throughout, with all the staff working for their company have a deep understanding of the environment and culture that is apparent in schools. They understood the need for flexibility and were able to rapidly adjust their working schedule to fit in with the Academy’s requirements, and they had an extremely professional approach in all of the dealing with the Academy. Communication has always been excellent, both with the Managers of the company and the fitters who attend the site, with all queries and questions were dealt with immediately. The standard of workmanship is extremely high as it the quality of the windows and frames. They have been able to deal with any and all problems that have arisen when unforeseen difficulties arose due to the age and poor condition of the Academy Buildings with their work force exhibiting the highest professional standards.
They also represent excellent value for money, having been successful in the tendering process that is require on these large publicly funded projects.
